Chicken Caesar Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
• 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
• 8 slices of bread (your choice of bread)
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

• Step 1: Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
• Step 2: Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until it’s cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes, then slice or shred it into bite-sized pieces.
• Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the grilled chicken, Caesar dressing, and chopped romaine lettuce. Toss gently to coat the ingredients evenly.
• Step 4: Toast the bread slices until lightly golden brown. Spread a generous amount of the chicken Caesar salad mixture onto 4 of the bread slices, then top with the remaining 4 slices to create the sandwiches.
