Instructions
• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the tostada shells on a baking sheet and warm them in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly crisp.
• Step 2: In a medium bowl, shred the cooked chicken using two forks or your hands. Season the chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper, to taste.
• Step 3: Top each warm tostada shell with a portion of the shredded chicken, followed by diced avocado, salsa, crumbled queso fresco, and chopped cilantro.
• Step 4: Serve the chicken tostadas immediately, with lime wedges on the side for guests to squeeze over the top as desired.
