Ingredients

• 1 (12-count) package refrigerated cinnamon rolls, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 6 large eggs
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• Pinch of salt
• Maple syrup, for serving (optional)


Instructions

• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
• Step 2: Arrange the cut-up cinnamon roll pieces in an even layer in the prepared baking dish.
• Step 3: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
• Step 4: Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces, making sure they are all submerged.
• Step 5: Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are golden brown.
• Step 6: Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Drizzle with maple syrup, if desired.
