Club Sandwich Pasta Salad

Ingredients

• 1 pound of fusilli or rotini pasta
• 8 ounces of diced cooked turkey or ham
• 6 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon
• 1 cup of halved cherry tomatoes
• 1 cup of shredded iceberg lettuce
• 1/2 cup of diced red onion
• 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup of mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup of white vinegar
• 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon of sugar
• Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

• Step 1: Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water to cool it down.
• Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, diced turkey or ham, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded iceberg lettuce, and diced red onion. Toss gently to mix.
• Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, white vinegar, Dijon mustard, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
• Step 4: Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
• Step 5: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the salad.
• Step 6: Chill the Club Sandwich Pasta Salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
