  1. Prepare the Cottage Cheese: Start by placing the cottage cheese in a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Gently press and squeeze the cottage cheese to remove as much excess liquid as possible. This step is crucial for achieving the perfect crisp texture.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the drained cottage cheese, all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Use a fork or your hands to mix the ingredients until a thick, slightly sticky dough forms.
  3. Roll and Cut the Chips: Lightly dust a clean surface with all-purpose flour.
