• 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) black pepper
• 1 cup (150g) shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)
• 1/2 cup (75g) diced ham, cooked bacon, or your favorite protein (optional)
• 1/2 cup (75g) diced bell peppers, onions, or other vegetables (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch (23cm) baking dish or pie plate with non-stick cooking spray or butter.
- Blend the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Use a whisk or an electric hand mixer to blend the ingredients until smooth and well-incorporated.
