• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 8 ounces lump crab meat, drained and flaked
• 3 cups cooked white rice, chilled
• 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
• 2 green onions, sliced
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
• Step 1: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until softened and translucent.
• Step 2: Add the minced garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
• Step 3: Gently fold in the crab meat and cooked rice, breaking up any clumps. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the rice is heated through.
• Step 4: Drizzle the soy sauce over the fried rice and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce is fully incorporated.
• Step 5: Remove from heat and stir in the sliced green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
