• 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
• 1 cup uncooked white rice
• 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
Instructions
• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
• Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
• Step 3: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs or crushed crackers.
• Step 4: Bake the casserole for 45-55 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the top is golden brown.
• Step 5: Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
