Ingredients
• 1 cucumber, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
• 1 (5-ounce) can of tuna, drained and flaked
• 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
• Step 1: Slice the cucumber into 1/2-inch thick rounds and arrange them on a serving platter or baking sheet.
• Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and chopped dill until well combined.
• Step 3: Spoon a small amount of the tuna mixture onto each cucumber round, using the back of a spoon to gently spread it evenly.
• Step 4: Season the cucumber tuna bites with a pinch of salt and pepper.
• Step 5: Chill the prepared bites in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
