Curd Salad Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 cups plain curd (yogurt)
• 1 cup diced cucumber
• 1 cup diced tomatoes
• 1/2 cup diced onion
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
• 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)


Instructions

• Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain curd, diced cucumber, diced tomatoes, and diced onion. Gently mix the ingredients until well combined.
• Step 2: Add the chopped fresh cilantro, chopped fresh mint, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, and salt (to taste). Stir the ingredients until they are evenly distributed throughout the salad.
• Step 3: Refrigerate the curd salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
• Step 4: Serve the chilled curd salad as a side dish or a light main course. Enjoy!
