Ingredients
• 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
• 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 cup finely chopped dill pickles
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
• Step 1: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
• Step 2: Add the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped dill pickles, fresh dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
• Step 3: Scoop the cheese mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a ball. Wrap the plastic wrap tightly around the ball and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 3 days.
• Step 4: When ready to serve, unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in chopped dill pickles or crushed crackers to coat the outside. Serve with crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.
