Ingredients
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 packet taco seasoning
• 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 (9.75-ounce) bag Doritos, crushed
• Sour cream, for serving (optional)
• Salsa, for serving (optional)
Instructions
• Step 1: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks, until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat from the pan and stir in the taco seasoning until the beef is fully coated.
• Step 2: In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and drained and rinsed black beans.
• Step 3: Add the cooked, seasoned ground beef to the salad bowl and gently toss to combine.
• Step 4: Top the salad with the crushed Doritos and serve immediately, with sour cream and salsa on the side if desired.
