Ingredients

• 2 cups mixed diced fruits (such as mango, pineapple, apple, grapes, and pomegranate arils)
• 1 tablespoon tamarind chutney
• 1 tablespoon date or date-tamarind chutney
• 1 teaspoon chaat masala
• 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
• 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
• 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts
• 2 tablespoons sev (fried noodles)
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• Salt to taste


Instructions

• Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the diced mixed fruits, including mango, pineapple, apple, grapes, and pomegranate arils.
• Step 2: Add the tamarind chutney, date or date-tamarind chutney, chaat masala, and roasted cumin powder to the fruit mixture. Gently toss to coat the fruits evenly.
• Step 3: Sprinkle the chopped cilantro, roasted peanuts, and sev (fried noodles) over the top of the fruit mixture.
• Step 4: Drizzle the lemon juice over the chaat and season with salt to taste.
• Step 5: Gently mix all the ingredients together, taking care not to break the delicate fruits.
• Step 6: Serve the vibrant and flavorful fruit chaat immediately, ensuring the textures and flavors are at their peak.
