Ingredients
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
• Step 2: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spatula, until it’s no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
• Step 3: In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the seasoning blend to the cooked ground beef and stir to combine.
• Step 4: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place about 2-3 tablespoons of the seasoned ground beef near the wide end of each triangle. Top with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
• Step 5: Carefully roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end and ending at the narrow tip, to enclose the filling. Place the roll-ups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
• Step 6: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush the tops of the roll-ups with the garlic butter mixture.
• Step 7: Bake the Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Roll-Ups for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
