Instructions
• Step 1: Line a baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
• Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well combined.
• Step 3: Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet or plate, creating a thin, even layer.
• Step 4: Sprinkle the fresh or frozen berries evenly over the yogurt layer, pressing them gently into the surface.
