  • Author: Jasmine
  • Total Time: 21-23 minutes

Ingredients

• 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
• 8 ounces burrata cheese, torn into bite-sized pieces
• 5 ounces mixed greens
• 1/4 cup toasted almond slices
• 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
• 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon honey
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

• Step 1: Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush the peach halves with a light coating of olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
• Step 2: Grill the peach halves for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they develop a nice char and become slightly softened. Remove from the grill and let cool slightly.
• Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, grilled peach halves, and torn burrata cheese.
• Step 4: In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic glaze, olive oil, and honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
• Step 5: Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine. Sprinkle the toasted almond slices over the top.
