• 1 pound ground beef
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 large onion, diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 green bell peppers, sliced into strips
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
• Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
• Step 1: In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
• Step 2: Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
