• 1 lb (454g) cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup (240ml) mayonnaise
• 1 cup (240ml) sour cream
• 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 lb (454g) deli-sliced ham, chopped
• 1/2 lb (227g) deli-sliced salami, chopped
• 1/2 lb (227g) deli-sliced roast beef, chopped
• 1 tbsp (15ml) Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp (5ml) garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) onion powder
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Dip Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment to blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Add the Cheeses: Stir in the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and grated Parmesan cheeses until evenly distributed.
- Mix in the Meats: Fold in the chopped ham, salami, and roast beef, making sure they are evenly incorporated throughout the dip.
- Season to Perfection: Add the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and a generous pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir until the seasonings are well combined.
- Bake to Perfection: Transfer the dip mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish or a deep-dish pie plate. Smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly and the top is lightly golden brown.
