  • Total Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup rice vinegar
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons sesame oil
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

• Step 1: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
• Step 2: Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding more honey for sweetness, more vinegar for tanginess, or more ginger for a stronger flavor profile.
• Step 3: Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. The dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
