Ingredients
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 8 ounces lump crab meat, picked over for shells
Instructions
• Step 1: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
• Step 2: Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Beat on medium speed until well combined and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
• Step 3: Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break up the pieces too much.
• Step 4: Transfer the crab dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spatula.
• Step 5: Serve the crab dip immediately with your choice of crackers, bread, or crudités for dipping.
