- 📌 2 cups water or broth
- 📌 2 green onions, sliced
- 📌 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, combine the sliced rice cakes, Korean radish, and fish cakes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the rice cakes and vegetables, then add the water or broth.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the rice cakes are tender and the sauce has thickened.
- Stir in the sliced green onions and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, if desired.
