• 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 avocado, diced
• 1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
• 4 oz salami or turkey, diced
• 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup Italian dressing (homemade or store-bought)
Instructions
• Step 1: In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, diced avocado, rinsed and drained garbanzo beans, and diced salami or turkey.
• Step 2: Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan cheese over the salad ingredients.
• Step 3: Drizzle the Italian dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
