Ingredients

• 1 lb (454g) linguine or fettuccine pasta
• 1 lb (454g) cooked lobster meat, chopped into bite-sized pieces
• 2 cups (480ml) heavy cream
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp (15ml) lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) salt
• 1/4 tsp (1.25ml) black pepper
• 2 tbsp (30ml) chopped fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine or fettuccine and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
  2. Make the Sauce: In a large skillet or saucepan, combine the heavy cream and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture begins to simmer. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until it has thickened slightly. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the Lobster: Gently fold the chopped lobster meat into the creamy sauce, being careful not to break up the pieces. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the lobster is heated through.
  4. Toss with Pasta: Add the cooked and drained pasta to the lobster sauce and toss gently to coat the noodles evenly.
  5. Serve and Enjoy: Transfer the lobster pasta to a serving dish and garnish with the chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately while hot and enjoy the flavors of this luxurious dish.
