Ingredients
• 4 salmon fillets (about 1 lb total)
• 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
• Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
• Step 3: Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the top of each fillet with the maple glaze, making sure to evenly coat the surface.
• Step 4: Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the glaze is beautifully caramelized.
• Step 5: Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
