Ingredients
• 24 Medjool dates, pitted
• 1 cup mascarpone cheese
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
• Step 1: Carefully slice each date lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through. Remove the pits, leaving the dates intact.
• Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together the mascarpone, honey, vanilla, and a pinch of sea salt until well combined.
• Step 3: Spoon or pipe a small amount of the mascarpone mixture into the center of each date, gently pressing to fill the cavity.
• Step 4: Arrange the stuffed dates on a serving platter or in an airtight container. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
