• 24 pretzel sticks
Instructions
• Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped chives, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until well blended and evenly distributed.
• Step 2: Scoop the cheese mixture by the tablespoon and roll into small, bite-sized balls, approximately 1-inch in diameter. Place the cheese balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
• Step 3: Chill the cheese balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
• Step 4: Once chilled, insert a pretzel stick into the center of each cheese ball, pressing gently to secure it in place.
• Step 5: Serve the mini cheese balls with pretzel sticks immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
