• 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
• 1 cup (150g) pitted and halved green olives, drained
• 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray to ensure the bread releases easily.
  2. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Incorporate the Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine the milk and olive oil. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold with a spatula until just combined. Avoid overmixing, as this can result in a tough texture.
