Ingredients
• 1 (3 ounce) package orange jello
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
• Step 1: In a medium bowl, dissolve the orange jello in the boiling water. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
• Step 2: In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the sour cream and then the whipped topping until well combined.
• Step 3: Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the slightly thickened jello. Fold in the drained mandarin oranges.
• Step 4: Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish or individual serving cups. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
