Ingredients
• 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
• 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
• Step 1: In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies until they are finely crushed. Transfer the crumbs to a medium-sized bowl.
• Step 2: Add the softened cream cheese to the Oreo crumbs and mix until well combined, using a hand mixer or spoon.
• Step 3: Roll the Oreo-cream cheese mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
• Step 4: In a double boiler or microwave, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and vegetable oil, stirring occasionally until smooth.
• Step 5: Using a fork or toothpick, dip the chilled Oreo balls into the melted chocolate, coating them completely. Return the coated balls to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
• Step 6: Refrigerate the coated Oreo cookie balls for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate has fully set.
