• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
• 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
• 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (or panko breadcrumbs)
• 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set it aside.
• Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
• Step 3: Spread the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the poppy seeds evenly over the top.
• Step 4: In a small bowl, mix together the crushed Ritz crackers (or panko breadcrumbs) and melted butter until well combined. Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the poppy seeds.
• Step 5: Bake the casserole for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown and crispy.
