Ingredients

• 2 lbs (900g) baby carrots, peeled and halved lengthwise
• 1 head of garlic, cloves separated and peeled
• 3 tbsp (45ml) olive oil
• 1 cup (100g) grated parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp (5g) salt
• 1/2 tsp (2.5g) black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This high temperature is crucial for achieving a beautiful caramelized crust on the carrots and garlic.
