Romaine Lettuce Salad

Ingredients

• 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
• 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 cucumber, sliced
• 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

• Step 1: In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.
• Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
• Step 3: Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat the ingredients evenly.
• Step 4: Sprinkle the thinly sliced red onion over the top of the salad.
• Step 5: Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
