Ingredients
• 2 packages of instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
• 2 tablespoons sesame oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
• 2 green onions, thinly sliced
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
• Step 1: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually around 3-4 minutes. Drain the noodles and set aside.
• Step 2: In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
• Step 3: Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic-infused oil. Pour in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar, and continue to toss the noodles until they are evenly coated and the sauce has thickened slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
• Step 4: Remove the pan from heat and stir in the toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
