• 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 cup creamy Caesar dressing
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
• Step 1: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.
• Step 2: Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are opaque and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
• Step 3: In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, sautéed shrimp, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Toss gently to coat.
• Step 4: Drizzle the lemon juice over the salad and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
