Ingredients

• 1 pre-made or homemade pie crust
• 10 oz fresh spinach, roughly chopped
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
• 6 large eggs
• 1 1/2 cups whole milk
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch pie dish, crimping the edges to create a decorative border.
• Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.
• Step 3: Spread the chopped spinach evenly over the bottom of the pie crust. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Gruyère cheeses over the top.
• Step 4: Carefully pour the egg mixture over the spinach and cheese, making sure to distribute it evenly.
• Step 5: Bake the quiche for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden. Allow the quiche to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
