• 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
• 5 large eggs
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pie dough and gently press it into a 9-inch pie dish, crimping the edges to create a decorative crust.
• Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
• Step 3: Spread the thawed and drained spinach evenly over the bottom of the pie crust. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
• Step 4: Carefully pour the egg mixture over the spinach and feta, making sure to distribute it evenly.
• Step 5: Bake the quiche for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden. Allow the quiche to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
