Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unfold the puff pastry sheet and place it on a lightly floured surface.
  2. Sauté the Spinach Filling: In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.   4. Bake to Perfection: Transfer the assembled pastry to the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top and sides with the beaten egg wash. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and flaky.
