Ingredients
• 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
• Step 1: Pat the steak strips dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss the steak strips to evenly coat them with the seasoning mixture.
• Step 2: Heat a large skillet or cast-iron pan over high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the seasoned steak strips in a single layer, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan.
• Step 3: Cook the steak strips for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are seared and cooked to your desired doneness. Avoid overcooking to keep the steak strips tender and juicy.
• Step 4: Transfer the cooked steak strips to a plate and repeat with the remaining batches, if needed. Serve the steak strips immediately, garnished with fresh herbs or your favorite toppings.
