Ingredients
• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 8 oz linguine or spaghetti noodles
• 2 tablespoons sesame oil
• 1 cup teriyaki sauce
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 2 green onions, sliced
• 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
• Step 1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine or spaghetti noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
• Step 2: In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is lightly browned and cooked through.
• Step 3: Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
• Step 4: Pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir to coat the chicken. Add the cooked noodles, bell pepper, and broccoli to the skillet. Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce and the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
• Step 5: Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
