Ingredients
• 3 pounds russet potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch thick fries
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
• 1 tablespoon ketchup
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
• Step 2: In a large bowl, toss the cut potato fries with the vegetable oil, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper until the fries are evenly coated.
• Step 3: Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not overcrowded.
• Step 4: Bake the fries for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
• Step 5: While the fries are baking, prepare the Voodoo Sauce by mixing together the mayonnaise, hot sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and black pepper in a small bowl until well combined.
• Step 6: Once the fries are ready, transfer them to a serving dish and drizzle the Voodoo Sauce over the top, or serve the sauce on the side for dipping.
