• 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
• 2 crisp apples, diced
• 1 cup celery, diced
• 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
• Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken, diced apples, diced celery, and chopped walnuts.
• Step 2: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
• Step 3: Pour the mayonnaise dressing over the chicken and vegetable mixture, and gently stir to coat everything evenly.
