Ingredients
• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
• Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
• Step 2: Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, making sure they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours for maximum flavor.
• Step 3: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
• Step 4: Transfer the marinated chicken to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
• Step 5: Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). The chicken should be cooked through and the juices should run clear.
• Step 6: Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
