• 8 slices of white or Italian bread
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
• Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and dried parsley (if using). Mix well until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
• Step 3: Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
• Step 4: Arrange the buttered bread slices on a baking sheet, garlic-butter side up.
• Step 5: Bake the garlic bread for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
• Step 6: Remove the garlic bread from the oven and let it cool for a minute or two before serving.
