Ingredients
• 8 slices of white or Italian bread
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
• Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
• Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
• Step 3: Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices butter-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
• Step 4: Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the butter is melted and bubbly.
• Step 5: Remove the garlic bread from the oven and let it cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
